What you’ll do

This is a high-impact, frontline growth role for a strategic operator who wants to shape how the world’s largest enterprises and institutions adopt blockchain. Working directly with a CBO, you’ll manage client relationships from first introduction through successful deployment of Zenith’s Virtual Blockchains.

• Manage and grow key client relationships: Own a portfolio of institutional and enterprise accounts, ensuring exceptional engagement and long-term success.
• Advance qualified leads: Take active opportunities from the CBO’s pipeline and guide them through discovery, proposal, and deployment ensuring a smooth and trusted experience throughout.
• Develop your own pipeline: As you gain familiarity with the ecosystem, identify new opportunities within Zenith’s target markets, from banks and custodians to fintechs and DeFi protocols.
• Drive onboarding and delivery: Coordinate between clients and internal teams (product, engineering, operations) to ensure seamless Virtual Blockchain deployments on Canton.
• Represent Zenith externally: Participate in partner meetings, ecosystem events, and industry discussions to build relationships and reinforce Zenith’s institutional credibility.
• Refine client-facing processes: Develop and improve the systems, workflows, and communication methods that enable you and the broader team to manage accounts efficiently and deliver exceptional service.
